It is essential that leaders are able to access the best possible support, especially when dealing with complex, challenging issues.

I have worked in reputable state and independent schools in the U.K. and in a world class school in South East Asia. This has included 30 years in senior management positions, half of which have been as Head Teacher. I have led schools in which N.O.R. have increased significantly and that achieved five short-listings in national UK independent schools’ awards, including as winner of Prep School of the Year 2021-2. A graduate of Cambridge University, my interests and skills set have focused on developing top quality educational provision in schools.

As an experienced inspector, I have undertaken numerous inspections in the last 20 years, in addition to providing advice to schools in how to prepare effectively when the inspector calls. I am a Registered Inspector, leading F23 inspections in schools and am an IAPS consultant. In addition, I have led staff training at schools in the U.K. and overseas.
