Schools Consultancy
The educational consultancy I offer is tailor-made to support school development. This includes in-person and/or remote visits.
I can undertake an audit of a school’s teaching and learning, curriculum provision and pupil personal development in order to identify strengths and recommend areas for development. This calls upon my experience of working in and with world class schools and measuring performance against best practice.
As an experienced schools’ inspector, I am able to provide guidance in how to achieve outstanding outcomes from inspections.
I am fully trained, as a Reporting Inspector, in ISI’s Framework 23 and work for PENTA which inspects British curriculum schools all over the world.
I am able to conduct appraisals for senior leaders and staff which support high quality personal and professional development outcomes. This is supported by my experience as a qualified coach/mentor and many hundreds of appraisals conducted over thirty years as a school leader.
I have specific expertise in engaging boys as learners and have organised and spoken at a number of U.K. national conferences on this subject
